Paul Smout is the founder and director of Smout Holdings Ltd. Originally from the UK, he brings more than 35 years of experience in property renovation, specialising in plastering, damp proofing, tiling and bathroom remodelling.
A traditional time-served plasterer, Paul has worked on everything from residential homes and new builds to social housing and commercial properties. Combining hands-on work on the tools with managing sites and subcontractors, he went on to specialise in renovating whole houses from start to finish.
Now based in Paphos, Paul founded Smout Renovations to bring British-standard building services to homes across the area. He has a particular passion for restoring tired and neglected properties and bringing them back to life.
